Closing student dormitories
Dear residents of ŠDL,
In accordance with the Decree on the temporary ban on the gathering of people in institutions in the field of education and universities and independent higher education institutions (hereinafter: the Decree) which enters into force on 1 April 2021 and is valid until 11 April 2021 inclusive, and in accordance with the Decision of the Minister of Education, Science and Sport of 24 October 2020 (hereinafter: the Decision), the following are entitled to stay in ŠDL:
- students, who have permanent residence in a dormitory,
- student families,
- foreign students and visiting professors, who are prevented from returning to their place of permanent residence due to the current security situation,
- residents who perform important tasks for the state (e.g. tasks in call centres, assistance in health care institutions, in educational institutions).
Residents who do not fall under the above exceptions must move out temporarily by 1 April 2021 at the latest and notify us by email: odjava@stud-dom-lj.si.
For additional information regarding the implementation of the said Decree and Decision, the telephone numbers 051/362-995 and 031/717-292 and the email address: sprejemnapisarna@stud-dom-lj.si are available on Tuesday (30 March 2021) and on Wednesday (31 March 2021) between 9.00 and 16.00, and the remaining days during the office hours of the reception office.
Residents, who remain in ŠDL within the scope of the mentioned exceptions, must strictly comply with the Extraordinary instructions for stay at Študentski dom Ljubljana to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease and the measures and recommendations of the competent institutions.
