Zumba
Zumba is fun dance fitness training whose Latin American rhythms fill you with energy. This workout combines low- and high-intensity intervals. Interval training increases the burning of calories and thus helps eradicate fat. Special emphasis is placed on the muscle groups of the legs, buttock, arms and belly. Prior knowledge is not required and you don’t have to find yourself a dance partner! Just come and join this entertaining workout to the rhythm of Latin American pulses.
The exercise occurs every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the small hall of the administration building of the Student Dormitory Ljubljana.
